  4. Unaltered Content
    The OP Licensed Content must be published exactly as published, without modifications, unless you receive specific written permission from Outlook Publishing Ltd to make changes. A PDF of the text can be provided upon request via [email protected] after payment has been processed.
  5. Supplementary Material
    You may add your own introduction or conclusion to the OP Licensed Content, but the main content itself must remain unchanged.
  6. Prohibited Use in Advertisements
    The OP Licensed Content may not be used in product advertisements.
  7. Preservation of Attribution
    You must retain all credits, author names, and copyright notices included in the OP Licensed Content.

    You may not present or imply that you authored or sponsored the OP Licensed Content.

  10. Content Removal
    You agree to remove the OP Licensed Content within 24 hours upon request from Outlook Publishing Ltd.
  11. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outlook Publishing Ltd and its affiliates, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (each an “Outlook Publishing Indemnitee”), from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, taxes, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, settlement costs, arbitration costs, and other reasonable expenses for investigating or defending any action or threatened action) incurred by any Outlook Publishing Indemnitee arising out of or resulting from:
    • Any breach of this Outlook Publishing Article Licensing Policy by you, or
    • Your misuse of the OP Licensed Content.

By purchasing OP Licensed Content from Outlook Publishing Ltd, you agree to this Outlook Publishing Article Licensing Policy.
